The Frog Hollow Swim Team is a member of the New Jersey Swimming & Diving Conference. The NJSDC is New Jersey's premier summer swimming & diving conference with 28 teams throughout the central New Jersey area. We provide our summer swimmers with a fun and competitive swimming experience from the beginner swimmer to the experienced competitor. Frog Hollow is in the B League (Red Division) for the 2025 season.
The team is open to all full season club members ages 5 to 18 that are able to swim at least one length of the pool. Swimmers compete in one of five age groups: 8 & under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18.
The team competes in 8 dual meets, League Championships* and Conference Championships**. There are also some extra meets (Roycefield Sprints) where some team members participate. These extra meets will be posted on the website.
The Dual Meets are held on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings from the end of June to the end of July. League Championships will be held the last Friday and Saturday in July and the Conference Championships are held the following Tuesday and Wednesday.
All swimmers are expected to attend practices, dual meets, and the League Championship meet, unless notified by a coach.
The team is supported by a parent volunteer committee who works together to make decisions about swim team events and coordinate meet jobs.
Parents are required to volunteer at 4 dual meets. There are many jobs available at the meets, such as timers, officials, scorers, ribbon writers, and 50/50 sellers. A $150 work bond is collected with registration and is returned when the family fulfills their work requirements.
