After School Practice Schedule

*Beginning Monday, June 1st! Please stick with your age group (unless discussed with a coach) for these practices. We will confirm any group changes once morning practice begins.

*Any new swimmers who would like to try out for the team should come to any of the after school practices according to their age group.

• 13&Overs (Coach Henry’s Group)
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 3:30-4:30
• 9-12 Year Olds (Coach Lilly’s Group)
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:30-5:15
• 8&Unders (Coach Maureen’s Group)
  • Monday, Thursday 4:30-5:15

Morning Practice

*Beginning Monday, June 29th.

• 13&Overs (Coach Henry’s Group)
  • Monday-Friday 8:00-9:15
• 9-12 Year Olds (Coach Lilly’s Group)
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:15-10:00
• 8&Unders (Coach Maureen’s Group)
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30-9:00 OR 9:00-9:30 (groups will be assigned before morning practice begins)

Swim Team Member Expectations:

*Any practice cancellation notices will be sent via email and posted on our Facebook page. 

Swim suit, cap and googles are the basic equipment needs. Long hair should be tied back if not wearing a swim cap. 

Any swim suit will do for practices; local sporting goods stores or Target carry a variety of reasonably priced swim suits, googles and caps.

For swim meets, to create a unified look, the team suit or a black racing suit is preferred. Team suits will be available for sale on Saturday, June 7th at 10:00am. Additionally, you can visit the Sports Spot in Shrewsbury and tell them you are from the Frog Hollow Swim Team. 

Swim team caps will be available for sale at all dual meets for $20 each.
