Swim Meet 101
Swimmers
- Arrive on-time (early is better!), dressed and ready to warm up.
- Be sure to pack goggles, caps, towels, water and sunscreen.
- Check the meet sheet for your events.
- Sit with your teammates and cheer for each other.
- Pay attention to the event numbers.
Parents
- Be sure your child is paying attention to the event numbers so that they know when to line up for their meet.
Volunteers
- Be on time.
- Check in with the Volunteer Coordinators.
- Officials, please wear white polos and blue shorts.
